ATIEPEI will earn a professional management fee, or commission for getting tenants and occupying properties and from other services provided in relation to property management. To meet owner’s objective, ATIEPIE will work professionally to score results in terms of meeting owners’ expectation by increasing income generated from the property, by reducing the costs of running the property, and by efficiently running the property.
