To work with key stakeholders and the community in identifying needs and providing supports and services, focusing on the most vulnerable, to eradicate malaria; prevent and control the spread and reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS; prevent major communicable diseases; improve adolescent, reproductive, maternal and child health and wellbeing and promoting environmental friendly practices to prevent climate change and vulnerability.
