Course Description
The Goethe-Institut brings the German language into the world:
We offer German courses and exams in more than 90 countries. The courses are based on the six levels defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (https://www.goethe.de/ins/et/en/spr/kon/stu.html ). This means that the language skills you acquire in our courses can be measured objectively and are internationally comparable.
Our highly qualified teachers undergo continues training and are up to date in teaching methods. We have modern class rooms with interactive whiteboards and other modern teaching materials. The maximum class size is 22 participants.
If you have a prior German knowledge you will take a placement test.
Our exams are internationally recognized and are accepted as proof of qualification by many employers and educational establishments. All exams for adult learners at the Goethe-Institut are audited by the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE http://www.alte.org/ ) and have been awarded the Q-Mark quality seal.
For each course we have an online course room where participants can do extra exercises. Library membership is free of charge for course participants.
We offer also diverse cultural programs; Art exhibitions, discussion forums on different topics, concerts and film screenings etc.
