Prepare and distribute promotion, transfer, work experience, and other letters related with employee movement and resignation.
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client
Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners
Prepare and conduct on-going training for the organization on key issues and trends
Checking Attendance and preparing monthly report for the project staffs.
Follow the pension status of each employee with the concerned government authority and update the pension and salary related information of the employees with the government office.
Handling employee grievances and other compliance related issues.
Managing issues such as long-term absence and repetitive tardiness.
Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
Preparing sufficient copies of documentation for all formal and informal employee relations meetings e.g. Grievances, disciplinarians, appeals etc. and ensuring these are distributed to the concerned management organ as per the processes and procedures of the company.
Other related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
First degree HR management or related business disciplines with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the area.
Ability to use personal computer for word processing, data entry, and automated time systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management.
Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment.
Very good communication skill
