JOB SUMMARY
Save the Children has been implementing a project entitled USAID’s Building the Potential of Youth, it directly addresses youth unemployment and economic activity by increasing access to skills building and employment promotion services. It specifically focuses on young women, and builds on other youth livelihoods programs that SC and others have implemented. By the end of the program, POTENTIAL will provide opportunities for almost 35,000 vulnerable youth from agricultural, rural, and pastoral areas within six regions and 30 districts of urban and rural Ethiopia.
POTENTIAL program expected to conduct outcome survey once per year. This survey will serve the program to measure results under each intermediate result and identify areas of improvement for the future program activities. Data collectors are needed to support this process and collect the information with expected level of quality
