Role and responsibilities, under Senior French Chef Executive, from kitchen commis to Sous-Chef
To produce French specialized food within the kitchen team of the restaurant
To be active team member in the different roles within the kitchen:
Sous Chef
Chef de partie
Demi Chef de partie
Commis de cuisine
Kitchen helper
Pastry supersivor and assistant
Bakery supervisor and assistant
Dishwasher and cleaner
To learn and respect international Hygiene and Security policy within the kitchen environment
Skills
TVET graduate level
Good level of English
Ideally experienced in International kitchen environment
Highly motivated and result driven individuals requested
