GOAL Ethiopia is looking for a competent, motivated, experienced worker to join Head Office Programme team and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. You will be joining the organisation at a moving time of growth and change and you’ll be instrumental in providing support in the delivery of the Program to the organisation and its employees.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be an experienced Assistant Compliance Training & support officer who promote a culture of knowledge of specific donors, GOAL and Government rules and regulations and ensure compliance with those rules and regulations in all GOAL field sites. responsible to assist the Compliance Training and Sub-Grant Manager in completing the sub grantees and partners’ updates for Quarterly Compliance spot check submission and in sub grantee and partners’ management, Monitoring and reporting activities as per the need.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA in accounting or related field with a minimum of six years of related work experience
Proven experience working on projects funded by USAID/OFDA, ECHO, UNOCHA, EU, EHAF, Irish Aid etc.
Demonstrated training experience
Excellent written and spoken English, communication and training skills as well as Excellent excel and word skills - attention to detail is necessary and report writing
Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to determine priorities and giving attention to details is a must ; Ability to manage/work along with professional people from operation and finance backgrounds;
High – level skills in MS office application soft ware
Ability to analyses and synthesize a Varity of material in a fast – paced environment;
Ability to work on their own, a self-starter with high energy levels and the capability to work with in a multi-cultural team;
Willingness to travel to the field sites(sub grantees, partners and GOAL operation field offices)

Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary
Birr 26,703.00/month
Transportation Allowance - 10% of monthly salary
Medical Allowance - Birr 6500/annum (will be added in your monthly salary)
Pension – 11 % from the employer and 7 % from the employee
