Support project planning and facilitation of stakeholder engagements.
Support the Project Manager on the follow-up with stakeholders and various Project teams on key project issues and ensure timely completion of agreed tasks.
Contribute to the identification and disaggregation of problems for detailed analysis, and development of appropriate analytical frameworks for problem solving.
Provide analytical and data process management support for various Project requirement.
Prioritize assigned tasks and support work streams from start to finish, including timelines, content development, and information validation.
Collect and analyses information, prepare project reports.
Manage operational planning, including logistics, timely communication and documentation to ensure effective execution of planned project activities.
Ensure the proper support to stakeholders for coordinated and efficient project implementation.
Prepare and compile (review and edit program/project team submissions) regular reports by the vertical including but not limited to weekly project reports, quarterly reports.
Collaboration with teams within and outside the organization assigned on project works.
Proactively present ideas and respond to queries clearly and concisely in internal team meetings and interactions with external stakeholders.
Support delivery of high-quality written documents and presentations.
Prepare performance and financial reports on assigned Project streams utilizing standard tools and templates.
Provide other vertical/project support duties as may be necessary and/or requested from time to time by the Project Manager.
Perform any other related activity as requested by his/her immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement
Experience:
At least 1- 2 years’ experience in related filed
Education and training:
University Bachelor in Project Management, Management, business administration, international development, Marketing ,Economics, Social work, or other area relevant to Electronic payment field.

Fluency in both English and Amharic is required; command of an additional Ethiopian language (Afaan Oromoo and Tigirigna) is a plus.
