Responsible for establishing manpower; achieving recruitment plan on time.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Administrate pay structure and payroll calculation system& benefits.
Develop employees training plan.
Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and wages.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems and recommend needed changes.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Identify staff vacancies and recruitment needs.
Ensure maintenance of telephone and data line, electrical power and water supply as per requirement.
Controlling branch purchases, stationary, equipment and machines as required, negotiate offers.
Ensure implementation of all security processes and procedures according to bank and local requirement.
Following up with any rental procedures.
Job Requirement
Awareness of Ethiopian Labor Law, rules and regulations.
Proven working experience as HR Manager.
People oriented and results driven.
Good knowledge of recruitment and payroll structures.
Good knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
B.Sc. / MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
