Job Summary
The Assistant Feed Delivery coordinator is responsible for collecting the confirming bank statement, coordinates feed deliveries, ensure customer satisfaction, handling of day to day document related transactionsand reconcile documents like sales order, delivery order and sales invoice in coordination with finance department. In additionkeep the company objectives, mission and vision.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Confirm payments from bank statements, issues Sales Orders, make sure CRVs
and Invoices are raised for all transactions and, issues Delivery Orders.
· Assists on Coordination of feed deliveries in routes and manages dispatch and delivery to customers.
· Keep delivery, payments, and documentation record
· Assists on Drivers training on transport and customer service
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports to feed delivery coordinator.
· Reconcile feed sales and dispatch documents with Finance on a daily basis.
· Ensure daily documentation and record.
· Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness on targets.
· Assists on Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
· Assist on Directing, optimizing and coordinating customer feedback on deliveries.
· Assist on planning routes and processing shipments.
· Assist on resolving any arising problems or complaints.
· Perform other related duties as ordered by the Line Manger.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS;
· BA Degree in logistics and supply Chain Management or other related field of study
· Basic knowledge of computer application ,i.e. Word, Excel, power point, spread sheet
· Good computer communication skills

· Able to read and write English & Amharic languages.
