Basic Functions:
Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Engineer is responsible to the company General Manager and required to prepare appropriate schedules for the execution of activities, lay appropriate monitoring methods and evaluate the actual performance vs the schedule as well as the allocated budget, in conjunction with the Project Manager, in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, and on budget.
