Task and responsibilities:-
Manages and coordinates the HR functions of the MFI including Human Resource planning, recruitment
& selection, orientation, placement, compensation package, incentive scheme, staff engagement and
performance management, staff training & development.;
Developing and implementing human resources management systems, policies & procedures to the best
interest of the organization;
Ensures the efficient and adequate provision of services to the head office and branches;
Ensure that good insurance coverage’s for staff are in place that willbe of benefit to the Organization;
Contribute and advices in senior management strategic planning, with particular responcibility for HR
needs, policies and procidures;
Prepares and submits annual budget and plan for the approval of the SMT
Develop, implement and monitor staff performance appraisal mechanisms and ensure performance management is done on a regular basis;
Conductes periodic staff training needs and plans for capacity building-training and staff development;
Develop & implement policies for purchase, supplies and related support and ensure compliance in implementation;
Handles contract administration related to services, office premises, courier services, custodian services & the like.
Qualifications and Experiences:-
A minimum university degree in management, business administration or public administration or HRrelated fields
A minimum of 10 years experience out of which 4-years in a senior and middle management position
Write proficiently in English
Experience in financial institution is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office( excellent use of word/Excel spread sheets
