Talent Acquisition as per manpower planning & budgeting.
Must have strong knowledge in Statutory Compliance and Recruitment.
Manage employee relations of factory workers.
Redeployment of Work Force.
Maintain Harmonious Employee Relations.
Social, legal and global compliances of the organisation as well as outhouse units.
Handling of IR issues.
Safety & health of workforce (workplace accident)
Performance management (performance appraisal) both worker and staff at factory level.
Building capabilities and organisation learning (Training)
Liasoning with different Govt. Bodies to maintain good relations.
Organising Employee Engagement activities.
Maintain and update the HR related policies and regulations
Provide general HR services, including but not limited to personnel records, work permits, attendance records, annual leave etc.
Regularly monitor and report headcount against budget
Provide general administration support to the Factory, including but not limited to security, hygiene, gardening, transportation arrangement, office supplies, etc.
Provide managerial leadership to HCM & Administration team
Job Requirement
Education & experience
Bachelor’s Degree in management, Human resource or related
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
Language skills: Written and spoken English
