To support procurement department in the implementation of IMC Logistics guidelines and policies specifically in procurement activities. This position will be responsible to handling procurement activities related to AWD program under the supervision of senior procurement officer.

Knowledge and Experience:
Evidence of practical experience in logistics within the field of supply chain management (procurement, tendering, contracting, clearance, transport, warehousing, asset management, etc.)
It is desirable that experience is supported by study by academic study, such as completion of a Diploma or above in SCM or similar fields
Experience in preparing & organizing of procurement documents
Good interpersonal, management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Ability to coordinate with others and work under pressure of tight and conflicting deadlines and handle concurrent activities
Evidence of ability to work in a participatory manner with staff to assess needs, implement and monitor activities
Ability to integrate and work well within multiethnic and multicultural teams
Negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
Valid driving license
Diploma or above in Supply chain management or related with 3 years’ experience in similar positions
Proficiency of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel, as well as email communications and other computer programs.
Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity.
Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in procurement and reporting
Considerable knowledge of the basics in procurement and reporting
Ability to accomplish tasks within a reasonable period of time
Duration of Contract: 5 Months
