Make sure financial and purchase procedures and policies are in place so an internal control system is established
Report to the General Manager
Be a business partner for General management and support decision making with financial information and advising about risks
Ensure General management is informed about the cash flow position and advise them about the financial position of the company by anticipating on activities/ investment needs in the farm.
Ensuring a complete and accurate Financial administration which is compliant to the Tax authority requirements
Maintaining the consistency of the Accounting cycle
Provide information to all involved in and external stakeholders, such as management of RFP, Government authorities, tax authorities, officials from bank and insurance partners, auditors, lawyers etc.
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance
Working experience in Manufacturing or Production company is a plus
Familiar with operational management reporting systems
Experience in Accounting/ Finance roles > 4 years
English proficiency
Pro activeness

Knowledge of relevant systems like Peachtree, Excel
Knowledge of legislation required by the local authorities
