Position Title: Gender and Youth Advisor
Base Salary: $1174 per month
Duty Location: Addis Ababa
Number of Vacant posts: 1 (One)
Term of Employment: Regular

JOB SUMMARY
The position holder provides technical assistance and capacity building on Gender and Youth development to the Development Food Assistance Program (DFAP) consortium partners and staff in the operational Regions, Zones and woredas. The position holder will coordinate gender Analysis and Youth related studies, identify gaps and provides high quality Gender and youth training and develop guideline.
Responsibilities and Tasks
QUALIFICATIONS (Know-How)
A) EDUCATION/TRAINING
Required:
· B.A. degree in Social Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Desired
· MA degree in Development Studies or equivalent.
B) EXPERIENCE
Required:
5-7 years of work experience in development related areas, conversant with adult learning and training of trainers, practical experience in women and youth programming.
D) COMPETENCIES
