JOB SUMMARY:
Habesha Breweries’ mission is ‘to build and run an efficient customer oriented business that will deliver the most sought after beverage brands to Ethiopians’. An important part of this is customer service, in which we need dedicated professionals to represent the company in our sales territories. Customer service representatives will be responsible for customer relations including order and complaint handling in their assigned territory to make sure that our customers are well satisfied by the product and service deliverables of the business.
DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure 100% Availability of Habesha beer in key accounts
- Assure smooth deliveries and delivery process in five-star hotels across the territory
- Weekly visiting of 60 key accounts and 60 non-strategic accounts in territory
- Queries allocated by Regional Sales Manager or Customer Service Manager to be handled in 24 hours
- Updating and maintaining customer database in the territory
- Develop plans and execute placement and control of POS in key accounts
- Attend and take minutes of territory crew meetings and activations
- Weekly overview of complaints and handling of complaint in cooperation with customer service officers of the agent
- Attending territory meetings, take minutes and send to sales coordinator for archiving
• At least BA degree in Marketing Management or related business disciplines.
• Fluent in English and local/regional language is an advantage
• Customer oriented/good listener
• Ms Office package (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good communication and organized in all aspects of life
• Available for working 2 > evenings/week (especially Thursday and Saturday)
• Capable of working in the reality of the beer market (crowded bars/pubs)
