Maintain the site facilities and functions to a high standard, by coordination and management of service contractors as well as brewery staff.
Key Responsibilities
Create a safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times and driving safety improvement.
Manage site services for all facilities including gardening, canteen/kitchen, bar, waste removal, office cleaning, and other outsourced cleaning operations.
Manage and optimize the operation of the staff transport system to the site.
Manage brewery drivers (both bus and car drivers).
Ensure 5S standards are met for the external areas of the site and relevant internal areas (such as kitchen, toilets, bar).
Optimization of relevant contractor working patterns and performance
Job Requirement
Education: Business Management/ Accounting Degree or equivalent Experience: 5 years’ experience in facilities management. Languages: Fluent in Amharic and English
