Position: Manager, Customer Service

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Reports to: Chief Operation Officer
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Exchange. Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Help to develop and implement a customer service policy and find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve service. Establish smooth and transparent relationship between the Exchange and members, clients and external stakeholders. Act as a focal person to resolve members’ and clients’ requests, questions and complaints. Ensure member and client database is maintained and updated. Ensure compliance to the rules, polices and procedure manuals of the Exchange. Produce periodic performance reports.
