Ethiopian Agricultural Commodities Warehousing Services Enterprise (EACWSE) is established through the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 331/2014. EACWSE is mandated to separately and independently handle warehousing services of agricultural commodities as an offspring of the current Ethiopia Commodity Exchange. EACWSE has the objective of providing innovative warehouse management service to customers and stakeholders through the application of best practices and available technologies.
Therefore, the Enterprise invites competent and qualified internal/External candidates for the following position(s).
Lead the overall HR recruitment & HR Admin activities. Lead the development and implementation of Recruitment and Induction policies and strategies. Effectively manage all talent sourcing and recruitment activities. Undertake human resource planning to ensure sustainable supply of human resource. And also develop human resource administration systems, policies & procedures to support the business needs of EACWSE. Ensure the presence of effective human resource management database system and documentation. Devise HR Recruitment and Admin plans and ensure the implementation of the work plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibility #1: Recruitment
Job Responsibility #2: Human resource administration
· BA/MA degree in Business management, Management, HRM and related fields and with an all-rounded HR knowledge
· 8/6 years of related experience in the area of Human Resources & Recruitment and extensive generalist in general HR experience is Advantageous.
