Habesha Breweries is rapidly expanding both in terms of volume and geographical coverage of Ethiopia. In line with the company’s goals and structure also the activities of the Supply chain department are growing fast. In order to streamline the activities to be ready for the future and build a continuous improving team further more Habesha is looking for a person who can think and act strategically, knows how to maintain and develop the integration between supply chain and procurement and can be supportive to the operational manager of the department at the same time. Furthermore, connecting people, build relationships on an international platform is key for this function.The Supply chain Capability Development Manager will be responsible for 2 key areas within the department. First of all, to recruit, train, motivate, retain and develop our people within the department. Secondly to develop and integrate current supply chain and procurement processes further more. A proper understanding of procurement, supply chain/logistical processes, import and export and related software like ERP systems, supplier market knowledge are required in addition to basic financial knowledge.
