Chemonics International seeks experienced professionals for the USAID-funded Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. GHSC-PSM Ethiopia will serve as the primary vehicle through which USAID will procure and furnish health commodities, provide technical assistance to improve the country’s management of the supply chain, and collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global and local health initiatives.
The project is currently seeking qualified Program Advisors for HIV/AIDS, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH) and Malaria programs. The candidate will be based in Addis Ababa; but, with frequent travels to regions. We are looking for individuals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others around the country. Job Requirement
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain activities related malaria experience interacting with Ethiopian government officials at the national, regional, and Woreda levels.
Advanced degree in medicine, public health, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage and implement complex USAID-funded public health programs or projects in a developing country context.
Written and spoken English fluency required.
