Introduction
Azuri Technologies Ltd has partnered with a new national Ethiopian distributor to deliver a revolutionary Paygo solar power technology and business model to off-grid emerging markets, enabling users to benefit from clean renewable energy and simultaneously reduce their energy spend. Paygo allows customers to pay for their system in small weekly amounts from their mobile phone.
This role works between Azuri and their Distributor to design, build and grow the national distribution model, achieving aggressive sales and service targets
Key duties (exact splits to be adjusted as per priorities)
Paygo agent management and customer installations (30%):
Secondary KPIs: Average no of installations/agent per week; Ratio of high performing vs low performing agents; Agent turnover
Retail/Paygo Training (10%)
Paygo marketing activities (20%):
Secondary KPI: No of market activations organised per period
Paygo ongoing customer management (30%):
Primary KPIs: OOC > 15 days below 5%; 100% of PriorityOOC resolved within period
Paygo stock management (5%):
Primary KPI: 100% stock/reclaims/refurbs/returns starting period in field are moved by end
Reporting (5%):
