Secretarial service: Type different type of documents from draft texts using office Microsoft program like, word, excel and produce them. Assist the Company in general clerical/secretarial duties, in typing, drafting, taking minutes and etc.
Communication: Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Able to effectively present information immediately for the overall staff of the organization. Update staff with recent information/events via e-mail, notice board etc.
Reception: Receive all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with pleasant speaking voice and welcoming gesture, screen/answers and direct the calls accordingly. Ensure to maintain register for telephone list of contacts, regularly contact Project Offices to receive and send messages (txt) and distribute to concerned timely. Ensure timely update of staff contact lists. Receive incoming office guests/visitors and provide necessary information and direct them to concerned department/person.
