Perform secretarial activities (Printing, Scanning, photocopying, binding, shredding documents)
Ordering, buying and managing office supplies
Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting with finance (petty cash management)
Maintaining general office tidiness
Providing direct administrative support to staff members
Assisting with events planning and management as required
Ensures that all communications and correspondences are appropriately numbered and filed.
Receive booking and arrange reservations (hotels)
Coordinates and organizes meetings including setting up rooms and equipment for use.
May provide administrative support or assistance as required by staff members and directly reports to the office manager.
BA degree in Management, Accounting or other related social science field.
Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel,)
Ability to actively use equipment including printers, copy machines, binding machine and so on
Good communication skills and is a team player
Minimum 2 years of related experience
