Plan International Ethiopia is looking for a Consortium Manager (Migration) to be based at the Country Office, with frequent travel to the project areas.
The Role
The Consortium Manager that will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the work of “Joining forces: multi-stakeholder action to offer young refugees and host communities a sustainable future in Ethiopia”. The post holder require will be specifically responsible to facilitate integrated programming in joint areas of operation with a focus on: cross-learning, downward accountability, monitoring integration aspects and producing consolidated narrative reports. S/he will be responsible for leading the coordination of the consortium including ensuring that the agreed governance structures are followed; in addition s/he will coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to access support required for project implementation. The role post holder is expected to have experience in the following areas:
The Person
To be successful, applicants need to have a Master’s degree in Social work, Sociology, Education, Development or related field of studies with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Refugee and/or Migration programming, preferably in emergency recovery, including urban Refugee Programming.
