Plan International Ethiopia is looking for a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to be based at the Country Office, with frequent travel to project areas.
The Role
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible to strengthen Plan’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER) system in the country in support of programme development, learning and accountability (PALS) and quality improvements. This will directly contribute to the achievement of Plan’s Strategic Priorities as stipulated in the Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in relation to programs’ effectiveness and qualities. He/she ensures that program quality is reflected within the entire project cycle and that all field program implementation is undertaken efficiently and effectively by reflecting that all M&E requirements are in place .
The Person
To be successful, applicants need to have a BSc degree in development studies, Agricultural economics/economics and 5 years substantial experience in managing corporate system for Planning, monitoring and evaluation.
