External Evaluation ECHO Refugee Camps
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is one of the largest humanitarian agencies in the world, providing relief, rehabilitation and post-conflict reconstruction support to victims of conflict. The IRC’s Community Wellbeing Initiative (CWI) implements a comprehensive set of community based prevention and response programs to respond to the needs of women, men, boys and girls. The IRC has been implementing CWI programming in the four refugee camps in Tigray Region: Shimelba, Mai-Aini and Adi-Harush refugee camps, and Hitsats; in four camps in Somali Region: Helaweyn and Bur Amino camps, Aw Barre and Sheder camps; and in Sherkole, Bambasi and Tongo and Tsore refugee camps in Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State.
The IRC now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders (Consultants) that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2009 to participate in the tender for Consultancy service for Community Wellbeing Initiative program for external evaluation for ECHO refuge Program
