Overview
The Admin/ Logistic Officer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of an efficient and effective logistics and admin service in Bahir Dar Office. This includes implementing, monitoring and following-up across all logistics and admin disciplines to ensure that MEDA’s policies and best practices are adhered to. The role will provide leadership and technical support to the head office logistics and admin staff. S/He is expected to take initiatives and provide guidance, support and services on all matters relating to the organization’s logistics and admin in order to support the achievements of MEDA objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
Provide efficient administrative services
Ensure efficient vehicle fleet management system
Ensure implementation of all safety and security systems for travels, organization’s property;
Facilitate Procurement and general services
Other Activities (Housing; Supervision, others)
Reports to: HR/Admin Manager
