Habesha is looking for Process Improvement Specialist (Duty Station: Addis Ababa) which is a Grade 9 position per the Company’s job grading.
The Role Summary:
The post holder designs and implements world class business processes and systems, strengthens the company’s internal control environment, documenting the company’s processes and control systems Providing training to Habesha team on key processes and control systems
The Person:
This role is positioned at specialist level and requires experience in process improvement, who will have the opportunity to develop his/her career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. University level degree in a related field (Accounting and Finance, Business Administration) and/or equivalent work experience. Ideally 5 plus years work experience in process improvement.
