Habesha is looking for a Customer Services Representative (Duty Station: Bahir Dar) which is a Grade 6 position per the Company’s job grading.
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the post holder is responsible for customer relations, order, complaint handling and key customer management in the assigned sales territory.
This role requires an experienced Customer Services Practitioner, who will have the opportunity to develop his/her career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. University level degree in a related field (Marketing Management, Business Admin or related disciplines) and/or equivalent work experience. Ideally 2 plus years relevant experience.
