Job Purpose:
To provide Training Solutions and manage all facets of Training & Development.
The role involves -- Training Need Analysis, Delivery of Training, Content Development, Pre-Post Measurement, Feedback, and Performance Management and implements other Training Best Practices followed by the Competition.
Training Need Analysis
To assess and identify generic & specific Training Needs
Liasoning, coordinating and working closely with the Field Managers, Operations Manager, HR Manager Other Staff for Training Need Analysis, Training Need Identification, Content Development, Delivery of Training & Post Measurement and Performance Management.
