Title: Office Data Clerk –Country Plan Implementation

Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the Country Office in the management of data related to projects, partners, local stakeholders, RO and MAs, in order to follow up with the Country Plan Implementation in 2017 and enhance easy information exchange.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of the database related to projects and partners supported by CBM in Ethiopia vs CBM Ethiopia Country Plan 2016-2020
Data management and archiving, based on CBM Country Office available facilities (Main Server, box files, incoming and outgoing letters registers and others)
Upon request, drafting reports based on available databases, providing information about CBM performances and achieved goals
Processing incoming mail (via Post, e-mail, Fax etc.) and settlement of internal/external correspondences independently or upon request
Collect and check quarterly and annual statistics reports from partners.
Job Requirement
Knowledge (Education and Related Experience):
Diploma in a related field, such as Office Management/Administration, Secretarial work.
At least 2 years proven work experience (NGO experience is preferable).
Skills (Special Training or Competence):
Good written and verbal skill in English and Amharic.
Computer literate, experience in Microsoft Packages: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
Effective communication skills
Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
