ROLE PURPOSE:
The job Holder will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and supervision of health facility based SRH services and ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Adolescent and youth friendly SRH services, Maternal services and Family Planning services in the targeted government health facilities. He/she will be responsible for ensuring delivery of Quality SRH, Maternal and family planning services according to the MOH guidelines and protocols
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In particular be responsible for the following activities:
