JOB PURPOSE
Support in the revision and development of employee performance monitoring, measurement and management system, policy and program. Assist the development and revision of innovative employee reward and recognition programs.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports in revision and development of employee performance monitoring, measurement and management system, policy and program;
· Assists the development and revision of innovative employee reward and recognition programs;
· Plans, coordinates and supports employees performance planning and review processes;
· Tracks and follows up poor performance improvement plans;
· Liaises with other functional unit managers so as to create and understanding on all necessary aspects and needs of staff performance appraisal activities for the corporate leadership;
· Consolidates companywide performance evaluation results to design employee reward programs;
· Consolidates employee learning plans, teams up with the learning and development team to support staff learning and development processes;
· Facilitates awareness creation and knowledge programs of ECX performance management system;
· Checks to ensure all performance assessment activities and inputs meet relevant organizational and statutory policies;
· Follows up timely completion of performance evaluation of all staff and provides assistance to subordinates and supervisors in the performance review process;
· Handles staff complaint on performance appraisal;
· Maintains appropriate records of the work unit in both soft and hard copies ;
· Identifies poor performers, identifies cause of poor performance and designs improvement program for each employee ;
· Follows up on the progress of poor performer program and follows up the progress being made by the poor performers;
· Ensures Job descriptions are timely revised and updated;
· Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
· BA/MA in Management/Human Resource Management and related fields and 4/2 years of work experience in performance monitoring using HRMIS, managing poor performance, developing and effectively implementing employee performance management and reward and recognition system, working as a senior management team member (middle level and above), working in technology oriented and in highly dynamic organization.
