Summary:
Leverage personal practice experience in drafting and negotiating documents for business and commercial transactions to develop new practice-focused resources that will help Managers to complete similar tasks in their day-to-day work more efficiently and confidently.
This position is responsible for writing, editing, and maintaining any legal contents and related documents for particular practice areas and jurisdictions.
.The specific duties are:
· Drafting employee contracts
· Preparing and filing government reports
· Drafting legal documents
· Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and distributors
· Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
· Administering training workshops on legal matters
· Formulating employee legal handbooks
· Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed business issues
· Representing the company before administrative boards and court trials
· Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the company with their specialized legal services
· Make sure that court cases are handled in proper way.
Education :-LLB Degree from recognized college or University
Experience :-3 years and above corporate experience .
