Background
EPHA has been implementing the David and Lucile Packard Foundation funded Reproductive Health/Family Planning grants to expand and increase access to quality and comprehensive community based Family Planning services. Recently, EPHA began a three year (October, 2016- September, 2019) RH/FP project which aims to support the FMoH IUCD through level–IV HEWs’ initiatives via building the competency of Level IV HEWs, equipping health posts, strengthening referral linkage, community engagement and generating evidence based information.
In line with this, EPHA in collaboration with FMoH, MCH directorate need to evaluate the implementation status and effectiveness of the provision of LAFP methods mainly IUCD through level–IV HEWs with the purpose of generating evidence and lessons learnt, refining and designing intervention packages for further improvement of the initiative and national scale up of the program. Thus, EPHA is looking for quantitative data supervisor and qualitative data collector for this research project.
Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is for ensuring the quantitative data collectors are adherent to the data collection procedures and use of the structured questionnaires; it is also meant for doing the qualitative data collection and skills assessment of the L4HEW who are providing LAFP.
