Job Description
Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Prepares reports by collecting information.
drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications;
Maintain office records and ensures office efficiency;
Maintain the condition of the office and coordinate all necessary maintenance and repairs;
Be responsible for renewal of all licenses and permits required by the business and its executive team;
Completes time sheets on monthly bases so as to provide to Finance for payroll preparation;
Supervise the Cleaner and Driver;
Follow-up on bill settlement of Ethio-telecom and others;
Ensure protection and security of files and records;
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by immediate supervisor;
Job Requirement
College Diploma or BA degree in Office administration, Management, Marketing Management Information System, or related fields
Fluency in written and oral English and Amharic is essential
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) at a proficient level
At least 2 years of overall professional experience
