Background:
The Ethiopian Private Health Facilities Employers Association is established with the goal of promoting a strong and dependable private health sector committed to provide quality and equitable health care to the public through mobilizing potential of the sector and strengthening public-private partnership in health. The association functions as umbrella organization of seven other regional associations. To realize its vision the association will build institutional and operational capacities of its constituents to promote quality services, promote enhanced participation of the private health sector in health policy discourse and developments so as to create enabling environment for the functional engagement of the private health sector. In order to implement successful programs the Association will closely work with State and Non-State stakeholders and development partners.
The Association administers its operation through a Secretariat office that pursues activities to fulfill the establishment objectives of the association. The Association is seeking to hire Chief Executive Director that provides strategic management and technical leadership to produce organizational and program results, as well as overall management of the programmatic, operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the association. He/she will closely consult, give advice and work with the association board of management in program and operational implementation and closely work with Federal and Regional public and private stakeholders and partner organizations representing the association.
The Chief Executive Director Job Responsibilities include:

Period: 1 year with possibility of extension.
