Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls company human resources and organizational development activities within policies laid down and delegated authority;
Advises the Managing Director on staff and management relations; human resources development, succession plan, career development and related affairs;
Manages and ensures the maintenance of sound and modern human resources management; approves, within delegated authority, such personnel matters as recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, demotion, termination, salary increment and employee benefit programs;
Studies existing administrative methods and analyses operating procedures to improve work flow, simplify administrative processes, to standardize systems and to implement administrative cost reductions;
Directs studies on organizational structure, methods, systems and procedures, organizational objectives and exercise of authority, organizational regulations, formal and informal lines of communication and control to identify problem areas and consider solution options;
Directs organizational development activities to facilitate changes in the belief, attitude, value and work culture of employees and corporate structure to adapt or adopt new technologies, markets and challenges through the use of conflict resolution methods, effective team management and problem solving techniques;
Collecting reports from main departments of the company appropriately on timely manner and responding critical issues and problem faced.
Representing the company on regular basis towards client relations, marketing activities and on vender-suppliers’ relationships.
To identify staff training needs and support with their development. To carry out regular supervision, inductions and annual appraisals to carry out performance management when needed.
Develops and introduces systems and procedures to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the department; monitors progress and recommends actions necessary to ensure achievement of strategic planning goals

Job Requirement
Masters/ Advanced Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience with 3 years at managerial level
