Job Purpose: to ensure Factory IT systems, infrastructure and office systems work effectively and provide IT support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and follow Company-wide IT policies
Work remotely with the IT teams at the Group and other countries
Support Factory IT operations, including but not limited to network and infrastructure maintenance, server and system administration, systems implementation and upgrade, etc.
Work with IT vendors to ensure timely, quality and cost effective IT product and service delivery
Manage IT hardware and software inventories
Provide end-user computing support
Applications Support
Understand and live by the Company’s core values to create a quality culture
Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself
Always working at highest level of Integrity
Provide non-office hours support for critical issues or changes when needed
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, in a labour intensive manufacturing environment (preferred)
Language skills: Written and spoken English a must
Functional Requirements:
IT systems administration
IT networking and infrastructure knowledge
Knowledge in ERP, Cloud Services and other common applications
Has the drive to lead, engage and enable teams and coach individual team members
Has the drive to meet or exceed a standard of excellence on an ongoing basis
Has the drive to systematically seek out information about things and issues to resolve problems
