Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager/Depot Manager/ secures sales of the given branch through managing the overall operations, distributions, customer service, warehouse and HR administration of the area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Direct all operational aspects including sales operations, distribution operations, customer service, human resources administration, warehouse administration in the assigned geographic territory
· Assess the assigned territory’s market conditions and identify current and prospective sales and market opportunities and threats
· Develop sales and market forecasts, market objectives, sales and distribution plans for the assigned sales territory
· Meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annually sales goals and other sales metrics
· Manage territory budget and allocate funds appropriately, based on company policy
· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage sales revenue growth opportunities
· Share knowledge with other branches and headquarter on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and treats
· Address customer and employee satisfaction and other sensitive issues promptly
· Work on Business-Networks to improve the presence and reputation of the sales branch and company performance
· Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on overall market movement
· Demonstrate cooperation within other functions of own company and across other sister company’s divisions as needed.
· Travels to other regional market places within the assigned territory and do all the above activities as needed.
· Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all company regulations and applicable laws
· Perform related duties as assigned or as situations dictate.

QUALIFICATION
· BA Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or any field of study
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales activities and distribution and/or depot area preferably from an FMCG industry out of which at least 2 years in a supervisory position
