Introduction
USAID’s Office of Food for Peace (FFP) is the U.S. Government leader in international food assistance. In fiscal year 2017, FFP awarded four five-year development food assistance projects (DFAPs) in Ethiopia. Under the Evaluation and Learning Mechanism umbrella contract (EVELYN), FFP has contracted with the team of ME&A and its subcontractor ICF International to conduct a baseline study prior to implementation of the new DFAP projects in the target areas of Ethiopia. The baseline study will include a population-based household survey (PBS) and a qualitative component.
ME&A’s subcontractor, Kimetrica LLC (Kimetrica), a data collection firm will conduct the baseline PBS in approximately 8460 household in Ethiopia.
Term of Reference
In the capacity of IT specialists, he/she will be tasked with the following responsibilities:-
Expected Contract Duration: 70 days (21 days of training and 49 days of field work)
Number Required: A total of 3 IT specialists ( 1 for Tigray region, 1 for Amhara region & 1 for Oromia+Dire Dawa)
