Develop the organization human resource manual and Procedures Plans, organizes directs, control, and coordinates the work of the Finance and administration division and ensures that the financial and administration operations are properly carried out.
· Develop implement relevant business policies and accounting practices
· Ensures that the general ledger is maintained and monthly closed, checks receipts and other financial documents are kept properly and safeguarded against misuse Oversee timely preparation, review and approval of all monthly bank account and cash reconciliation’s.
· Prepare monthly reports for all accounts and monitor to ensure that they are in a timely manner in accordance with policies
· Budgeting, prioritizing and monitoring all capital and operating expenses to ensure to ensure effective and efficient utilization of company resources.
· Ensure all financial documents are filed properly and supporting documents are available for each financial transaction according to policy/ procedures
· Organizing and managing the Administrative Tasks
· Develop human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training, and recruiting.
· Implement Staff Recruitment and Selection Polices and Procedure
· Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding staff tools, policies, and procedures.
· Establish healthy working relation ships
· Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
· Manage and control the organization fixed asset and consumable materials
· Manage and safeguard the offices vehicle and equipment according to the plan
· Ensure the existences of proper documentation system across the company
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the general manager and Operation Department Manger
· · B.A degree in accounting or management with 8- 10 years experience
· Good written and spoken English
· Excellent communication and leadership skill
