Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the attendance record.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
- Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
- Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, and unemployment and medical insurance.
- Filling various documents to the respective employee files (Sick Leave, Annual Leave, and others)
- Other related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· First degree with no experience or Vocational level education with relevant experience at least two years in similar work environments
· Very good communication skill
· Ability to work on team basis
· Ability to cope and work in stressful environments
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
