Background
The Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) is a legally registered national, not-for-profit and multidisciplinary professional Association established in 1989 with the prime objective of contributing to the attainment of an optimal standard of health for the people of Ethiopia. Since its establishment, it promotes an ever improving quality of health services to the public through advocacy, networking and active and dedicative involvement of its members.
EPHA plans to implement different innovative evidence based and result driven Resource Mobilization (RM) activities for the year 2017. As part of its strategic move to ensure financial sustainability, EPHA intends to obtain rental advance payment and avail services for office and other purposes in return. In this regard, EPHA recently reaches to consensus with one of the prominent banks in Ethiopia to get rental advance payments so as to accomplish one of its grand works.
To this end, EPHA has planned to recruit well experienced consultant to undertake a thorough analysis on Advance Payment Collection and Feasibility Study.

Requirements
