Job Summary: The Finance and Administration Division Manager is responsible to plan, organize, direct, control, coordinate and supervise the Human Resource and Finance Division.
Roles and responsibilities
Education: MA/MBA or BA in Accounting, Human Resource Management or related field
Experience: Minimum of 12 Years BA or 10 Years MA/MBA in related positions;
Personal Competency:
· NGO experience in finance and administration leadership positions
· Strong computer skills; word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Able to identify, analyze and solve problems. Work in a team environment.
· Committed to work with rural poor and willing to work under pressure
· Experience in working in large scale and complex programs in challenging environments;
· Knowledge of USAID and US grant regulations, procedures and reporting requirements is preferred.
