EngenderHealth seeks applications from experienced candidates to serve as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor on an upcoming innovative project, funded by Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN) with a focus on adolescents and youth sexual reproductive health. JOB SUMMARY:
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor works closely with the AGO Project Director and EngenderHealth’s Knowledge Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (KMMER) Director in leading the project’s activities pertaining to monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management and research. The position holder is expected to lead the project’s KMMER efforts by establishing and/or using existing performance measures, collecting and analyzing performance information, planning and managing evaluations, research and feasibility studies, identifying and sharing model practices and success stories and assisting the project’s management to use performance data for decision-making and resource allocation.
