DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review comments and feedback form employees and take appropriate measures to fix problems
Suggest ways to improve the quality of the canteen service
Ensure that the operation of the canteen is in line with the values of the company
Give or facilitate trainings for the canteen staff as needed
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Critical Knowledge:
Diploma or Level III and above graduate on Hotel and Tourism Management.
Critical Experience:
2 years and above working as supervisor in hotels
Working experience on company canteen is more preferable
More experience on cooking of Ethiopian dish and or hotel or canteen
Critical Skills to be developed as part of the role:
Ability to prepare reports and maintain records
Able to work in a demanding environment with minimal supervision and strict deadlines.
Good communication skill
