Idea generation, storytelling, and writing are all required skills
Support GSC internal “clients” across the company regarding their communications needs and help align their strategies against PVH Corp. priorities.
Executive messaging
Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communications and the ability to influence behavioral change. Report back to business leaders
Finds ways to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and evolving existing comm vehicles for greater impact
Work closely with brand and key functional partners on initiatives and where applicable, make sure internal and external messages are aligned
Help manage internal and external channels (e.g., newsletter, intranet, blogs, YouTube, etc.) Drafting, editing and execution of communications for an internal audience on a range of topics, incl Corp initiatives, Company events and projects
Develop and maintain awareness of editorial calendars and the needs of business departments across the globe to maintain communications synchronicity
Multitask in a fast-paced environment and can easily change direction when urgent communication needs arise
Proactive, practical and strategic counsel and support to GSC business leaders on the internal communications for Africa hub
Close collaboration with members of the regional leaders, Corporate Communications team in US
Events management, including the organization and support of global town halls, vendor summit, audio conferences and web casts etc.
Support with the production of internal videos and other multimedia materials
Media monitoring and distribution of news clips to a targeted internal audience
Work in partnership with PVH Comm team and brand Comm team
3 - 5 years of experience within communications
Good written and verbal communication skills for internal audience with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
The ability to translate business needs into compelling messages
Must possess strong time management skills with an ability to focus and manage
Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate at all job levels
Must be a proactive, multi-tasking self-starter
